I like my job. I just don't like the way things are being managed around here. Some people have the tendency to make every little thing seem more difficult than they really are. I know people who can handle tough situations in a calm and collected manner - obviously they are not here where I work. I guess nobody ever tells them that screaming won't solve a problem. There are times when I feel like I'm working with 5-year-olds. If you don't get what you want - shout! If you come across a problem - scream! If you don't know what to do - whine! It sickens me.
