What the hell??

This is what I saw yesterday. A local family - a man, a woman, and their daughter who looked like she was 4 or 5 years old - were waiting for a cab along the road beside Admiralty MRT station. Moments later, I saw the woman talking to her daughter, after which she helped her daughter to remove her underwear, and the girl squatted down to PEE while the woman watched her. A few seconds later she helped the girl put her underwear back on, and the husband continued looking out for a cab. There were CARS and other VEHICLES passing by. The little girl's GENITALS were in FULL-360 degrees-VIEW.

Yes, kids cannot hold their urge to pee long enough, but just a few steps away were some plants/bushes, the least the woman could do was to get her daughter to pee there with her private parts NOT facing a busy road. Or at least stand around the girl so perverts wouldn't be able to catch more than a peek. Know what I mean? What the hell was she thinking? I would be surprised if she had a brain to begin with, because I've never seen a sane person do that. That was like one of the stupidest, most unbelievable things I've seen with my own eyes. I would have gone over to them to give them a piece of my mind, but the whole thing took place in just a few seconds, so by the time I was out of shock, it was all over. And that's just the ridiculous factor I'm talking about, what about personal hygiene and public cleanliness?

Tell me, if you're a mom/dad, would you just let your kids pee on the pavement while waiting for a cab, with their genitals facing the road, in full view of the whole world, while you just watched them being watched by others??!! Will your kid being a boy/girl make any difference?
