Selfish Prick
We went shopping today, and our car was filled with bags of shopping items. Plus, we had our boy and his stroller, so as usual, my hubby intended to stop the car at the loading/unloading bay at our place, while I help to unload the items to carry them up. The bay has room for 2 cars, or even lorries for that matter, and is usually vacant. It is not meant for parking, and you could get fined for doing so. That's why it's called a loading/unloading bay.
However, as we neared it, we saw a BMW parked somewhat in the middle of the loading/unloading bay, and apparently it was parked, with no driver, no hazard lights, no parking coupons - just happily parked there, as if that was his own private space. A big space, and yet he chose to park the car right in the middle, not only obstructing the pathway behind it, but also not leaving any space big enough for another vehicle to park beside it. And because of that, we had to stop our car on the opposite side, which is a much longer way and more inconvenient. It took a while for us to carry our stuff out from the car, and the VIP vehicle was still parked there, right in front of the pathway we need to use to push our items - the driver must have thought he is the only one in the neighbourhood who needs to walk there. If it was an urgent/important matter that he needs to attend to - he could still park on one side, couldn't he? Not nicely-parked in the middle, just nice for him to walk to the pavement
For parking where you're not supposed to park, I'm sure everyone does it from time to time, for whatever reasons. I don't care where you park your car because that's your own business. But for causing us so much inconvenience, and for displaying such selfishness which annoyed the hell out of me - I now have a picture of his shiny BMW in my mobile phone, complete with its plate number. It's making its way to STOMP!, so Selfish Prick, congratulations for pissing me off, and definitely congratulations on your to-be-newly-found fame. I am kind enough not to report you, but someone else probably will, or already did.
