i am bored. i am tired. i am crazy. yeah.

I used to love reading those lists that say '10 Things He'll Do For Love' or 'Top 10 Signs He's In Love With You' and all that mushy, crappy stuff. Not for the same reason why most women do it - they want to find out if the man of their dreams feel the same way for them. Me, I just like to look for confirmation that the man of my dreams will never ever feel that way for me.

Here's a list from Cosmopolitan's The Silent Ways He Says I Love You, and my own responses below. Call it morbid if you want. I say it's just a way of looking at the darker side of life, because, most of the time, that's where we are.


You catch him staring at your eyes.
- Sure, then I catch him staring at my chest, my butt, and of course, other women...

He stocks his kitchen with stuff you like.
- And his kitchen is stocked with beer, drippy meat and stuff I don't even eat...

He talks about where he wants to live in three years.
- Which is like, halfway around the world from where I live...

He wears the sweater you gave him all the time.
- I don't remember ever giving him a sweater, but I don't remember ever seeing him using all the things I gave him...I could be wrong, but I just don't remember it...I don't know if he still has them, even...

He stands right next to you in public.
- I don't think he wants people to see me & him together. I get the feeling that when we're together, he'll be very self-conscious and guarded and prepared to flee if anyone he knows sees us side by side...

He doesn't flinch if you pick up his phone.
- Are you kidding? I never even got the chance to touch his phone. In fact, he doesn't even answer most of my calls - the hell he'll let me answer his phone...
