just realised that 'madagascar' is made up of 4 words...
mad + a + gas + car
I went to watch Madagascar earlier this evening, and I must say it's pretty entertaining. Even though I still prefer deep-sea animations like Finding Nemo, Madagascar still tickled my not-so-funny bone enough to give it 3 out of 5 stars. After all, there was the usual friendship and good guys vs bad guys theme & yes, a happy ending.
I do think that it could be better if was longer, with some hardcore lion-fighting scenes(think The Lion King) and and then a much-celebrated joyous victory. It won't hurt to have a few minutes of tear-jerking scenes too. But no, Madagascar just seemed to promise only one thing right from the beginning - pure entertainment. And that being the case, I have nothing much to write about it. To sum it up, this isn't a must-watch, but just one that might make you go "Ok, I watched it and it's not so bad".
Next on my Movies To Catch list would probably be The Echo. I hope it won't be anything like The Eye 10, which was funny instead of scary. But then that's another movie.
Blog update: I think I'll stick to this dark theme for a while. It's so me. That pink one earlier gave me the chills. And I've changed some stuff here & there. A few more days and this blog will be 6 months old. I finally see a commitment here. All my previous blogs just went down the drains, but this is one blog for me to keep. Unless Blogger does that sad e-bloggy thing, of course(please don't do that!!!) - don't know what I'm talking about? Go to Archives and read my January entries.
Ok, it's now time for me to try to sleep. My mind is going out of tangent.
Countdown to a new beginning all over again:
27 days to my wedding
